What do you consider obscene, some folks say 'anything pornographic' but others say 'anything with blood, etc'. I have some tutorials but they are mainly for horror photographers. A fake blood recipe, how to make a zombie, etc - for prop making. Is that considered obscene?
I'd say anything pornographic was obscene. Fake blood/gore is totally fine 
I'm not sure where to submit them to. They aren't photo manipulation, they aren't digital...there seems to be no folder for things like fake blood, fake scar, fake this and that for photography.
